Domain Move

I’m going to be moving my domain to a different registrar over the next of day or so. Should be seemless with no problems, but we all remember what happened last time I made a change like this… If you can’t get to my website for some reason, this would be the reason.

  1. Chris…My name in this post and the above post is linked to thin air. I did not type my URL because I am on Ash’s computer and feel lazy. Plus I figure everyone already knows my address.

  2. you moving the site to pair finally?

  3. Actually, the site is already on pair, but the domains were still on 1and1. I moved them to a third party registrar so I could move hosting without the domains being affected

  4. Moving again? geesh!

  5. Lol, only the domain this time, not the actual webhost…

  6. Chris,

I understand bits and pieces of what you guys are saying above. You seem to think that I could build a website strictly in HTML. To quote you on the phone a few weeks ago, “Its not that hard.” People of this site: Who (aside from Chris and Paul)can or have built a site/blog strictly with HTML? Do you guys think its somthin an itelligent 14 year old could handle? Or should I have some fancy collage training? :-)

  7. As long as it’s not the webhost….

  8. Bryan, If you just want a blog. You can do that easily with a little html and nothing fancy. I mean I have a blog. Granted not as fancy as Chris’s and I really dont need to know much except how to type whatever I want to say :-)

  9. Hope ya didn’t mind Robin. I took a look at your blog; Compared it to Chris’ site and then to mine. Your blog is pretty and organized. It doesn’t look like everything is all scrunched together like on my site. I’m gonna totally redo my homepage. Thanks for the inspiration Robin. :-)
