This past Saturday I went to an awesome concert - Seven Places, Sanctus Real, and Jeremy Camp. This was the inaugural concert for a brand new club/concert venue in the Cincinnati area, The Underground.

Seven Places started off the night, performing their radio hits “Landslide,” “Yours,” and “Like It Never Happened.” They also sprinkled in a couple songs from their upcoming album. If you liked their debut album, just wait for this one! From what I heard, it’s gonna be a great one. It’s called “Hear Us, Say Jesus” and is due out on September 21st.

Next up was Sanctus Real. Let me tell you, there’s nothing like hearing their version of “Beautiful Day” performed live. Wow! They also rocked out with “Say It Loud” and their new hit, “Everything About You.” Being from Toledo, OH, they were glad to be back to their home state and treated us to some great “Ohio rock.”

Jeremy Camp topped off the awesome night. Surprisingly, he performed a lot of songs from his Stay album and not as much from his new worship album. Nevertheless, he still put on a good show. He’s also got a new album, “Restored,” due out in the middle of September. He played a couple songs from it, and it sounds like it’ll be another good one.

All in all, it was an awesome way to spend a Saturday night. Now I’m anxiously awaiting my next concert… The Supertones and Superchick! That is going to be one awesome show!!! They will be at The Underground on Sep 17th. If you’re interested in going, let me know.
