Five major changes in the ‘Star Wars’ DVD

For all you Star Wars geeks out there, CNN.com has a list of Five major changes in the ‘Star Wars’ DVD

Most of these make a lot of sense, though I’m sure the purists out there may have issues with them. I’ve heard that some Star Wars fanatics are really upset that Lucas is releasing the Special Edition trilogy on DVD, rather than the originals. I’m just glad that they’re on DVD finally.

  1. The only one I don’t like is the last one where they add little orphan Ani to the mix.

  2. I think they didn’t need to make the changes, but it doesn’t bother me. Why? Because their HIS movies to do with them what he wants. It’s not like he’s changing the story though.

  3. Star Wars is awsome!

  4. And Chris is gonna buy me my very own box set on DVD in Widescreen ASAP! Isn’t that right Chris? ;-) (I have big dreams I know)
