USA Today reports that Mount St. Helens is waking up. It’s last eruption was in 1986, and it’s been dormant since 2001. Siesmologist aren’t quite sure what to expect yet, whether or not it will erupt or just sit there and rumble, but after the huge eruption in 1980 that blew off part of it’s summit, they aren’t taking chances.
