Red Sox Win!!! Red Sox Win!!!

The Boston Red Sox have come back from an almost impossible deficit to beat the New York Yankees and win the American League Championship! Down with the “Evil Empire!!!” The Yankees were up 3 games to 0 heading into game 4, but the Red Sox rallied and won the next three games, 2 of those games being dramatic extra-inning games. This marks the first time in MLB history that a team has come back from a 3-0 game deficit and ended up winning the series. Can’t think of a more fitting team for it to happen to than the Yanks. Go Sox! The Red Sox now go on to face the winner of the National League Championship series, either the Houston Astros or the St. Louis Cardinals. I’m a National League fan, so I’ll be rooting for either Houston or St. Louis over the Red Sox, but I’m overjoyed that the Sox beat the Yanks. Woohoo!

- Chris : Grand Jury seems like it would be interesting. I wouldn't mind serving on a jury...as long as it's an interesting case, you know, like they all are on TV and in the movies
- Paul C. : I was given the option to volunteer for Grand Jury or sit and wait for a possible jury selection. I opted for grand jury. It was fun!
- Jez : I got a letter for jury duty when I was in college, but didn't have to show up because I was away from home.
