Team Horseshoes and Hand Grenades participated in the final session of the Fall Challenge Series at Diehard Paintball today.

This was the first time since our very first tournament, way back in the spring, that we had our entire original team members playing. Glad that we were all able to make this final session!

Once again, though, it wasn’t really a good day for the team, only scoring 25 points and finishing 8 out of 8. Several teams didn’t show up today, and those that did were definitely the better teams, all currently ranked higher than us. We fought hard, though, and came close to knocking off at least one of the top teams. We also got to try out some “special” strategies, which didn’t quite work, but kept the other teams on their feet. Good times!

Since this was the last session of the Fall Challenge, the overall rankings were posted. We finished 7th overall, out of 13 teams. Not too shabby! Thanks for a good season, my fellow teammates!
