heh, you have to have episodes 1, 2, and 3 before you can get to 3 4 5 which were made 20 years ago. you can start complaining with episodes 6,7, and 8.

There were actually rumors flying around that there would be an episode 7, 8, and 9. Lucas initially said he was going to leave it at Episodes 1-6. He said he wouldn’t be able to do three more, and didn’t want someone else to do them. Additionally, there have been so many books written that start where “Return of the Jedi” leaves off, that the movies and books wouldn’t fit together, making many die hard fans angry. Lately, however, the rumor mills have been going that Lucas is actually going to let someone else do the films (maybe producer Rich McCallum) based on the original script that he had written. Can’t remember where I read that, but I don’t buy it. I think it’ll be left alone with the 6 episodes.
