I totally agree. THis is definitely something to strive for in a career. Not only do you have to love what you do but you need to feel like what you do makes a difference. And that difference depends on your personality and how you perceive what you are doing.
Its hard to get a good balance of both of these but its definitely something to strive for. Good Luck to everyone, on this matter.
