2005 NCAA Tournament Bracket
Okay, time to embarrass myself. Here’s my 2005 NCAA Tournament Bracket
I *think* this is the bracket that I’m going to submit in the office pool. I still have a couple days to change my mind, and I’ll probably force myself to pick a #12 seed over a #5 seed.
My Final Four is Louisville, Arizona, Duke, and North Carolina. Championship game will be Arizona against UNC, with UNC winning it all.
Who’s in your Final Four? National Champion?

Yeah, forgive me Tubby and UK Nation… With the way they’ve been playing lately, I don’t think they’ll go very far this year. In fact, I almost think they’ll lose in the second round. Iowa or Cincy may get us. I think Sparks will do us in. I don’t like him as a player. He takes stupid shots and makes dumb decisions at times. Hopefully, having low expections will leave me pleasantly surprised. High hopes last year quickly fizzled out.

As a UK fan, I’m not sure what’s worse - picking UK to lose or picking North Carolina to win it all! Ummm . . . but I picked them to lose, too.
Florida won the office pool for me in 2000, so I’m playing them into the Final Four, along with Duke, Illinois and Louisville. A smart choice would be Illinois over Duke, but I’m going with Louisville. Over Duke. For the championship!

Yeah, I have to agree with you about Sparks. After the Louisville game he’s gone downhill. I think UK’s success relies on Rajon Rondo. I think he’s going to have to step up and be the leader of this team. If he makes plays, and if Tubby plays Alleyne, Kentucky will be hard to beat.

Arizona? That’s like Washington getting a number one seed. Granted I feel any of the top four teams can get in there, but I dont’ think I would go with Zona. Anyhow good luck with that. Got your message and taht sounds fine Chris.

Well, Gonzaga losing today, couple with Syracuse and Kansas losing, has destroyed my bracket chances. Go underdogs!

I have a ton of brackets going 4 in the office pool and several others on all the main websites, but I am losing bad after Syracuse and Gonzaga loss.
Though I like the Kansas lost because I picked them losing to Wisconsin anyway.
Majority of my Final Fours have Illinois and NC with NC winning it all. Otherwise its a mix Georgia Tech/Wake Forest and Duke/Syracuse/Kentucky as my other Final Four Teams.

I had UK and duke but changed it b/c I didn’t want to have a duke game again… but I still pick UK to win b/c even if I think they might not, they’re the reason I watch basketball so how sad would it be to not keep them in it!?
