Daylight Saving Time

ClockDon’t forget to set your clocks forward one hour before going to bed tonight. Daylight Saving Time begins at 2am, Sun April 3, which means it’s time to “spring forward” and get an extra hour of daylight in the evening. If you forget, you’ll be an hour late to church or whatever you may have planned tomorrow. Since an hour of sleep will be lost, be sure to get in bed a little earlier.

Also, don’t forget to check/change the batteries in your smoke detector.

I was so tired Saturday night that I forget to set the alarm clock at the hotel ahead an hour. Luckily I called in for a wakeup call that woke me up at 5:08 according to the clock in the room. SInce my call was set for 7:10, I was rather confused. On turning on my cell phone it asked to update the time, so I remembered the failure of setting the clock ahead an hour. But still the wakeup call was an hour early. It happened the same way the next morning as well. I did get up in time to be at the conference Sunday morning, luckily.
