5K Results - Update
The results for the Redlegs 5K have been posted.
My official time was 31:10, finishing in 946th place out of the 1383 who finished. In my division, males 25-29, I came in 91st, while I was the 617th male overall to finish. My pace was 10:04 per mile.
Not too bad, but I know I can do better. In fact, the more I think about it, the more determined I am to run another 5K and finish as close to 25 minute as possible. Of course, my determination is higher when I’m sitting on the couch than when I’m out running

I went to the doctor today and he diagnosed me with excercise induced asthma. Makes sense why I have been having so much trouble running. I’ve got an inhaler to use before I excersize now, so hopefully I can get in shape and run a race with you in the future.

I’ll have to come up there for a race and run with you. Joe and I are running a 1/2 marathon in November and a marathon in January (at DisneyWorld!!!!). You can always join us!

Thanks Jen! And good luck with your races! Those would be a bit much for me, at least at this point. I’m thinking about doing the Race for the Cure 5K in September. I definitely like being in shape, so I hope that motivates me to run at least a couple times a week. Am I really saying this?!?
