  1. i made a decision not to vote unless i knew what i was voting for. since all i ever see is mud being flung at the wall, i remain ignorant as to who stands for what. anytime mudslinging is involved, i find it difficult to support someone that would stoop to that level. show me a politician that won’t go there and i’ll show you the little blue smurf i keep in my sock drawer. (he likes it in there. it’s nice and cozey!)

  2. Yeah, it is tough to see where politicians stand on issues. Unfortunately, you have to do a little work and filtering, but you can find what the politicians stand for on their websites, newspaper articles, etc. It’s not as easy as it should be, though, and that’s just plain sad.

Don’t let the nasty attack ads and such keep you from voting, though. Sometimes, that actually plays into the politicians hands. Take a few moments and research what you can, then hit the polls. Of course, it’s too late now, but for the next election, don’t let the bad keep you away. I’ll gladly help you research.

How’s the smurf survive in your *sock* drawer. We all know how smelly it can be in there…

  3. I voted and I really wish I could have been apart of the Georgetown elections this fall because there was several good races going on there. I saw the upsets in both Georgetown and in Lexington. The Georgetown election shows how important your vote can be. The mayoral race was won by 100 votes that is pretty slim in the consensus of things so never think your vote doesn’t count because it just might one day.

  4. I don’t liek the mudslinging…I can show you a “politician” that wont go there….In KY’s 6th district ther ewas an election for a seat on the supreme court…the guy taht won…is not a dirty polititian….schroderforjustice.com
