Sunny with a High of 75
Wow, what an awesome day! You can’t ask for a better first day of spring! It was the type of day that no matter what kind of mood you were in upon waking, by the end of the day, there was an extra spring in your step (pun intended!) and song on your lips. Nothing like rolling down the windows down and cranking up the ‘Tones. Of course, if there is a downside to a day like this, it’s the extreme lack of motivation to work. I almost didn’t make it back from lunch today. 
And with the first day of spring comes…spring cleaning. Started working on the yard today. Ah, the smell of freshly trimmed plants! I have some plans to fix up the yard this year, and maybe make a path down to the creek, so we’ll see how it goes. For all the craziness surrounding the early change to Daylight Saving Time, it’s great that it’s light outside later in the day earlier in the year.

Granted you are correct about the beautiful afternoon and it was nice to roll down the windows on my way home from class and work. The spring in my step is not there after working out two straight days.

The spring in your step will get there once you get used to working out. In fact, you’ll have even more spring in your step. It’s weird, but I actually look forward to coming home and going for a run now.

I had to run home after lunch and luckily I rode the motorcycle yesterday. Really woke me up and put me in a great mood for the rest of the day.
