I wish I could truly mean these lyrics when I sing them. I want to be drawn close, to be comforted and protected and cared for by my Savior. I want to be able to say He’s all I want and need. I feel Him trying to draw me close, but I’m afraid to let go, afraid to give up control. It’s very humbling, very frustrating.
