What’s Your Real Age?
What’s your “Real Age?”
My RealAge is 26.9, about 2.5 years younger than my actual age. Last year, I wouldn’t have bought that, but now that I’m running and getting in shape, I really am feeling good and younger than almost 30. Almost 30…*sigh*
Some of the factors that led to me being “younger” include:
- Good sleep levels
- Ideal BMI
- Good oral hygiene
- Limited or no secondhand smoke exposure
- Parents’ relationship
- Daily breakfast
- Diverse diet
- No drinking and driving
- Safety belt or airbag usage
- Nonsmoker
And here are some factors that I could improve to make myself even younger. Maybe if I work at it, I can be 10 yrs old again! I don’t like the first one at all…
- Dog ownership
- Lycopene levels
- Low vegetable intake
- Low unsaturated fat
- Potassium levels
- Low omega-3 intake
- Folic acid intake
- High red meat intake
- Vitamin E intake
- Have cholesterol level measured

My RealAge calculated to 28, which is not overly surprising. I am definitely not active enough. I was actually afraid of being older.
I will second the sigh about getting close to 30, at least you reach it a month before I do
It is definitely hard to believe we are all approaching 30 now, well at least some of us.
