   Thanks Chris! I appreciate the shout out. I am actually shocked that you and Kwadwo have been so tame after all the hype. Granted I guess the time that you can get back to me is not quite over. Hmmmm…maybe I should be quiet now

   Or maybe we’re just nicer than you I know how sensitive you are about your age, and now that there’s a 3 at the front, now that you’re in your third decade, I can only imagine the trauma and grief and suffering you’re going through. When you come face-to-face with hold old you’re getting, when it really sinks in that your prime years are behind you, it can be tough. As a friend, I didn’t want to take advantage of this or make it worse or push you into a mid-life crisis, so I thought I’d leave you in peace to celebrate how old you’re getting
