Way to Go Big Blue!
The UK football team did what many thought was the unthinkable - they beat in-state rival and #9 ranked Louisville last night 40-34! Go Cats! It was an awesome game, back and forth the entire time, but thankfully the ‘Cats came out on top in the end. This was the first time [...]
UK’s Schedule
UK’s 2007-2008 Men’s Basketball Schedule has been released. Oh, yes, bring on the madness! Whatcha got in store for us this year, Mr. Gillispie? Better a deep run into the tournament and a good showing in the SEC!

Final Four
I got this via email from my grandparents and couldn’t pass up posting it.
One day, Rick and Tubby decided to get together and play a round of 18 holes. Later in the round, the two finally reach the 14th hole. Tubby taps in his putt and suddenly, without hesitation, grabs his ball, [...]

Kentucky introduces Gillispie
Former Texas A&M coach, Billy Gillispie, has been announced and officially introduced as UK’s new coach.
Not sure how I feel about this choice. He supposedly has a good work-ethic and is a great recruiter, but does his personality fit with UK? What’s his coaching style like? Guess we’ll find out. [...]

Now, Randolph Morris has signed a free agent contract with the New York Knicks, meaning he will not return next season. The status of the potential recruits such [...]

37-11 so far. Not too shabby. Ironically enough, Duke and Louisville have hurt me the worst.
How are your picks doing?
Devils Downed!
Who cares about my bracket - Duke lost! w00t!
Did anyone else have flashbacks when VCU made the shot and Duke had the ball with 1.8 seconds left on the clock…???

Just for the record…
I almost picked Old Dominion over Butler. Tennessee biting it in the first round was tempting. I couldn’t bring myself to pick Florida winning it all, though I probably should have. Holy Cross is a good looking [...]
